This outlet seems always to be a one-man-show. The management should assign more staff to handle this outlet. The lady wait for more than 15 minutes to give her order ... and still waiting after I left. I had to wait 20+ mins to collect my drink after placing order.

Excellent staff who patiently managed the peak period (today was a Sunday) despite the large quantities of orders ***all by himself.*** Usually there would be at least 3-4 staff for off-peak periods. Yet, this staff managed the entire store himself: from taking orders, to making the drinks, to washing of the mixer bottles to serving the customers. Great job, young guy! We salute your resilience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very bad service staff. I like Liho Tea and I always buy it when I get to Funan Mall. Today they dont have any order and I need to wait 25 mins to get mine. Staff talking each other and dont care customers . Really bad experience ever.

No sense of urgency, waited 10 mins just for this guy to come over to take my order. Taking his own sweet time, rude, no sense of ownership and responsibility. Please conduct proper training to your staff.

Ordered and paid via the app to claim free birthday drink during birthday month! Honey Jasmine Milk Tea with Barley Pop was amazingly good! The barley pop had a nice chewy and each pop had a barley seed in it so the texture was addictive. Will repurchase!

Fast and hardworking staff. This guy at the counter was moving back and forth, multitasking. The queue was long but they were efficient in handling the orders. Kudos!

Slow!!! 30min+ waiting from payment. Only 1 staff for a very popular branch, full of grab orders, poor guy works as fast as he can but prepare to wait 30 min+ from order, even restaurant would have cooked your meal finished before you get your bubble tea.

Abysmal service. Worst Liho outlet. Peak hour and understaffed. Staff puts up "Back in 15 min" and we ended up waiting more than half an hour for no one to turn up and no one to refund the order. Liho please get your stuff together. And please refund our orders

Waited for half an hour already and our order still not ready. Liho has a 1-for-1 promo today, but the stall only has a guy handling the whole shop,pity on him. There is another female staff who actually stood there,didnt take any order then walked off for 15 mins, then came back. Made a drink for herself,then walked off again.
