The service was extremely poor. As we were leaving, an aunty loudly told us to take our used tissues with us, which was embarrassing as other customers at next tables stared at us. It was both speechless and unacceptable. How can older staff have such an attitude? We will definitely never visit again. If you’re charging RM9 in Malaysia and SGD9 in Singapore, the service should at least be better. It’s fine if you don’t provide tissues, but asking customers to carry away their used tissues is completely unreasonable.”

Their service and attitude is getting bad .last time I work part time with them when I’m a student.i know the owner . After so long I still support their product but the service staff now is really bad in attitude. I ask if they have a hot 五花茶 , the staff just poke a straw into a cup and give me . I say this is cold , she say “ 就这样， 要不要 “ lol . Service standard is getting very poor . Felt sad for the boss .

I have always maintained the habit of drinking herbal tea from Hong Kong, so I often come to this shop after coming to Singapore. The service was Ok before, but since an elderly male waiter arrived, the last two visits have made me feel that the service is terrible ! Like the customer owes him. Without the good products I wouldn't be interested coming again! I'm here to consume, not to see your expression. If you have a bad attitude, don't provide service!

The long hair lady service staff i met today on 06/07/25 displayed exemplary customer service! Will visit the store again next time!

It's really hard for me to accept as I don't like Guiling Jelly, and it's a bit expensive. It cost $9 per bowl and is not big.I must eat it with syrup.
