Amazing service like I rate it 10/10 best service I ever got in any place, omg I’m so impressed! Bought puffs in different flavours and of course I will need to know which puff is which one since I’m not the one filling the puff, but the amazing staff told me to ownself look in the puff to figure out?!?!?!?! What’s the point of having a staff to fill the puff when he does not even have basic customer service to answer a freaking question!

I just knew about Kazo turning halal a week ago and decided to get some stuff. The crispy puffs...omg, fantastic. I tried the durian and chocolate, although a little pricey, but really satisfying. I gobbled both up in no time, that was the downer for me.
I haven't tried the lychee and valrhona hazelnut tarts yet but I made a mistake of not putting them in the fridge right after I got home. Overall, I would definitely come back to try other stuff, but I didn't see the Mango Swiss roll at the Funan outlet.
Update: Valrhona Hazelnut. Rich but not cloying. Would buy again.
Lychee, light and not sweet. Would also buy again..

Tried this for the first time. $2.20 for one puff, $12 for 6. Not the cheapest but then such pastries are never cheap are they? Well the puff is crispy (more than I expected) and the cream are rich and tasty. Tried both the Hokkaido cream and chocolate and both are good!

Was searching for 1.5kg -2kg Halal Certified cake for my son’s birthday celebration in K2. Went to Kazo Funan outlet to enquiry, a young lady alone in store to serve me. Due to budget considerations I have many questions to check with her in order to fulfill the demand of 21 kids in kindergarten. Fangjie was very patient to search the products photo and price for me and give me some comments and suggestions. I found myself a bit “loso” like old aunty but she didn’t had any impatient and frustration.
I really appreciate her excitement service.
Today when I went to collect my order at 11am+ found that they have indicated the wrong date to 2nd Oct instead of 1st Oct (Tue),. I was so shocked and afraid that my son will disappointed if bday celebration postpone to tmr. I told the crew about my concern and hope they can mange to get my order ready before 2pm.
The manager Alicia help me to check and managed to deliver the order to my house so that I can send to childcare center in time.

(I bought 3 box of the Galaxy Mini tarts and a 400g Hokkaido Strawberry cake only cost $107.70. The tarts are very presentable, never try before, not sure how it taste)

Egg tarts are not nice warm. Either cold or fresh from the oven. The matcha flavour isn't very strong, esp after eating the chocolate, so if you ever want to try all 3 flavours, start with the matcha then the cream then the chocolate. Price wise, a little on the pricy side. Wanted to try the bun but it hasn't been baked and I would've needed to wait 20min. Good service. 4 stars because the taste was just ok for the price, nothing too exceptional.

Love the cream Kazo Kazu at first bite... the puff is so crunchy and the cream is super tasty (not jelak).
However i didn't have a good experience with their salted egg polo cos i only ate it the next day...maybe it lost its crunch somehow. But i would be back again to try other items 😄

Always buy the tiramisu here as it’s so good but today it was not the same. Biscuits were not soaked w enough coffee so the texture is a bit dry. Coffee flavour lacking which affects the overall taste

Cake was fantastic.. but service was seriously bad. Both staffs busy with their phone.they don't even bother to serve customers. I was standing there for some time and keep saying 'hello'..and when being served, they look at you like you created a crime. Just hope the service could be as good as the food

Great durian puff.
The skin is so crispy, that’s filled with the good amount of fresh durian.
Reasonable price and great.
