I love this brand and have been purchasing their products for many years now, especially their seamless stuff. It's amazing.
But somehow, every time I visit the Funan outlet, I'm extremely put off by the staff's comments and attitudes. The comments have made me uncomfortable on multiple occasions, but what the staff said to me today (18/03) was probably the most inappropriate thus far. I was making some small talk while making payment and said that I just needed to replace an old bra. The staff's response to me? "Because you got fat, is it?" In what world is this an appropriate thing to say to anyone, let alone a customer at your place of work? Unbelievable.
And for reference, my current BMI is 20 (and has been for the past few years). If this is the kind of treatment I'm getting, I cannot imagine how this staff member treats fellow ladies who are bigger sized than I am.
The intimates from this brand are really good, but for peace of mind and a better shopping experience, I would recommend avoiding this outlet and shopping at another location or online instead.

Very bad experience for me at Funan today. When I step in, the staff look unfriendly, I would like exchange as online purchase item was not suitable for me. The bra was good, comfortable, so I decided to exchange to others design, I have to top up, after I make payment, the staff was telling me ok done, I ask no paper bag? She take out the paper bag just put there, and I have to pack myself? What is the attitude? No wonder no one at the shop
But honestly the product materials is good, worth for the price, I would buy again only online.
