today i tried some lipstick testers on my hand and the cashier noticed it. Without me asking, he went in and came out with wet tissues and even carry the bin for me to throw it in. I didn’t manage to catch his name but he was a senior wearing spectacles. Thank you for the unexpected service, it was kindness and friendliness that definitely made my day 🤍

went there and bought some items and the only thing the cashier asked me was whether i wanted a bag, i said yes but quickly realised i didnt need one, so i told her if it was too late to remove it. in response, she rolled her eyes and said nothing and in the end she had the customer, me, say thank you without her saying anything back. you can feel the tension of her rude attitude, this woman really needs to be humbled.

Rude casher...i bought body wash today it written the price is $16.30..they scan it like 32.60$. I ask them they said..you have to take two...ah yoyo...bad experience ever...they cheat money...if i didn't ask them they will just give me one for $32.60..I will never come again.. Really sad.

My mom and i visited this Guardian outlet on a Monday. We had the misfortune of being attended to by a cashier with shoulder length hair. She was very rude to my mom. You know how elderly people can be a bit slow sometimes. She seemed to be very impatient and even said we were holding up the queue. The guy behind us was white so maybe that's why she wanted to hurry us up? I don't know why she also switched cashier machines so my mom had to scan everything again a second time, making it even more time consuming. My mom is a bit hard of hearing so she didn't hear how rude the cashier was, but i heard. Terrible service.

Thieves. This store labelled a skincare product for $40 , and a sale promotion price of $ 32. I was very surprised when cashier scanned this item for $49. After going back to the display, I could confirm the prices mentioned initially. The sales assistant pretended that the item was misplaced making the price tag irrelevant, which 1) is a lie because there was a second similar item located at the exact same place 2) because no matter what if you price tag an item for a given price, it’s your responsibility and you should honour the sales transactions. I recommend to all clients to either avoid this place or to check several times their pricing.

Take note of the pharmacist's hours. They could've posted it online themselves instead of me wasting 2 separate trips here.

Horrible. The guy at the counter gave 0 f..ks about service. Just stated the item.not available at all despite me getting it here previously. What a disgusting and subpar service for this outlet.

Rude staff that gave no plastic bag despite us require none of that from one item. No receipt and said next while we are still waiting for the receipt.
