Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was thinking of a particular model but it was out of stock, so the staff recommended a similar laptop from another brand and upgraded the RAM (at a discount) to match the specifications of my intended model. I like my new laptop. The shop is a bit dark though. Are gamers generally nocturnal?

The salesperson, Dan, was very helpful and made the whole purchasing process smooth and quick. I’ve bought gaming laptops from there twice (I always got the recommended brand and specs), and each purchase was worth my money. Overall great products and customer service. I would definitely come back again for any future gaming hardware needs.

I didn't end up buying at this shop purely because they didn't have stock of the model I wanted, but the shopping experience was super good. Knowlegable salesperson (GH), who went out of his way to give me the best deal possible by price matching the bigger stores like courts and gain city and a ram upgrade too. I almost went back to buy a model I didn't really want because of the service but my wife convinced me otherwise. I would highly recommend anyone to make a stop here to check them out before going shopping with the big players.
