Regular here but my experience today is dreadful. The Teh Tarik Iced is terrible no Teh taste at all just water. Told the staff and she made another one- and it's the exact same. So it's probably not the staff but the recipe. What are you guys doing? Returned both cups - that's $3 down the drain with such a terrible tasting drink.

Beware of the fine prints if you want to use the combo offer in your entertainer app here. The 1 for 1 combo offer is not based on the combo prices but based on ala carte prices. Very sneaky wording.

Visited this outlet and ordered a iced passion fruit tea. The lady who made my drink left the tea leaves inside the drink... their explanation is "i dont hv tea bag" in that case i should be informed that the drink is not available at all. what kind of service is this, there is no customers but i had to wait so long and go through so much trouble for one drink WORSE DUNKIN OUTLET

Staff took 10 min to prepare a frappe for customer. Taking own sweet time. Pretending there is no queue. When asked she just replied "wait lah".

I would have given 1 star is it not for the donuts. Was really enjoying my donuts but when i drink the coffee it a BIG turn off. The coffee taste burn!!! Ask for a sugar and hazelnut yet my coffee don't even have a bit of sweetness. Once the coffee taste bad so it all the drinks. Would have done better with the shot of coffee you temp.

their standard and service has drop drastically ever since their malay supervisor with hijab is no longer there, i used to patronise this outlet on a weekly basis last year as i always feel welcomed, and she is very nice & friendly towards her customers. love to see their munchkin design. starting from early this year, i have stopped patronising as it has caught my attention that thier service has dropped with thier current staff thats managing this outlet and their munchkin are so horrible and messy and boring every time i planned to purchase them. i really hope to find ur old staff somewhere in another outlet.

I’m from Boston so love Dunkin! Quality of food is fast food (what did you expect?), but this outlet had great and quick service and I was able to use entertainer to get 25% off. Drink + 2 donuts for $3.75 is a steal! Love the Mochi donuts, definitely can’t find these in the states.
