Brought my alienware laptop in to check on bloated battery. Staff immediately checked and confirmed its bloated and helped me to remove and cleaned the laptop. They also showed me that it’s working fine after the removal when plugged in. They gave me the advice that I can come back for battery replacement with a cost if needed but can use with just plugged for now to save cost. It is amazing how they cared for Dell customers. Appreciate my visit!

I bought a Dell monitor U4025QW. Sales person - Fay Chiam has been very helpful and friendly throughout the entire purchase process. I am grateful for his service given at Funan Store. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the whole Dell team from Malaysia who follow up closely on the monitor delivery. The monitor is great in quality, extremely comfortable to eyes. Took a chance and call this store, the staff Zhi Xiong was very helpful, he offered to help diagnose my laptop on the same day. His service was very professional. Finally got it repaired, now I could do my school project 🥳
