I visited the Cristofori store at Funan Centre on 15th April 2025 and was attended to by Jessiah. He was approachable, friendly, and patiently addressed all my queries about the drum sets I was considering for my husband’s birthday. He was also very knowledgeable about the products in the store.
As I needed some time to consider, he followed up via messages to update me on upcoming promotions.
Today, I made my purchase—a drum set! A big congratulations to Jessiah for going the extra mile in providing such excellent and satisfactory service. Keep it up and aim high!

First of all, I came here only trying out the guitars they have for sale so this review is irrelevant for the music classes.
I was quite interested in the Suzuki guitar they had for sale and asked if I could try.. the salesman, while super nice, has 0 idea how to set up an electric guitar so I had to do it myself. The guitar was out of tune and they didn't tune it first which is something I came to expect in guitar stores.
Nonetheless I was in the middle of tuning the guitar when the manager said that customers shouldn't be allowed to the themselves cause they might spoil the string (which is fair). However, when they take over the man doesn't know how to tune it so I had to walk him through it.
Overall I think the sales person was absolutely not equipped with the skill to actually sell the electric guitars. He was super nice and friendly tho so 3 stars.

Staff very family and know Guitar very well @ Funan mall. Recommend to buy from here.
