Had a fantastic time climbing at Funan. Staff were down to earth, friendly and professional and there was never any waiting time to use the ropes or automatic delays and his despite it being busy. There was a good vibe about the place.

A climbing wall in center of Funan Mall, the entrance is at the basement.
In Singapore outdoor climbing walls could get quite hot and the rain is quite unpredictable in this city. The AC is a super plus. It’s one of the few climbing walls in Singapore that doesn’t smell.
I must say, I do feel a bit shy of random “shoppers” starring at you while you climb.

We had fun climbing at Central funan. The check-in procedure and safety briefing was comprehensive, and the combination of top rope, friction, brakes, and ground anchored belaying meant it was super safe for novices. The staff were well trained and enthusiastic, and the routes were nicely set.
As I come from the UK to have a climbing center right next to a bunch of brilliant restaurants was pretty amazing. I will climb there again on my next trip to Singapore!

It was my godsons' (13 & 14yo) first experience at Climb Central and they were very excited about it.
However, the experience started off on a frustrating note due to an issue with my e-wallet, which didn’t work despite having no prior problems elsewhere. But what surprised me most was the arrogant attitude of a young staff, who loudly claimed twice that an admission fee will be imposed when I simply stepped inside briefly to check if my godsons were ready to leave for dinner. Is this really the impression Climb Central @ Funan wants to leave — that it’s more concerned about squeezing money out of customers than providing a positive experience? (0 star). The 2 stars are for the young female (with glasses) and male (Malay) staff at the reception counter who provided better customer service. Overall, it's not a place I would bring my godsons again.

Had my 1st climbing experience at here.
The staffs were friendly and helpful. They gave clear instructions and tips during the introduction and briefing session at the beginning.
Equipments, ropes, and belay systems are all in good condition.
Overall, very satisfied with Climb Central Funan.
Booked my next climbing session at Climb Central Kallang Wave Mall, expecting it to be as great as Funan's.

Some of the staff members are rude and inconsiderate. A guy whose name goes by Ice Creme or something was almost yelling at kids when explaining how to wear a harness. They were the first-timers so I think they were supposed to learn how to wear them properly from a staff in a calm and gentle manner instead of facing an angry adult face….Please pay attention to customer care and especially for kids whose first experience will be lasting…I think you guys can do better

Amazing First Climbing Experience at Climb Central Funan!
I had an incredible time at Climb Central Funan! It was my first time trying sport climbing, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to start. The facility is well-maintained, spacious, and beginner-friendly, with routes that cater to all skill levels. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating, making sure I had the right guidance and support as I navigated the walls.
I’m especially glad I started my climbing journey here in Singapore, as it gave me the confidence and practice I need for my upcoming Mt. Guiting-Guiting climb in the Philippines next week. The experience was both challenging and rewarding, and I felt a great sense of accomplishment after each climb.
Whether you’re a first-timer like me or an experienced climber, this place is a must-visit! I’ll definitely be back to climb again when I’m in Singapore. Highly recommended!

It’s a super bad experience as first timer.
Your male staff who wearing spec showing super arrogant attitude while giving us the safety training . Even for another Chinese speaker customer , while he can’t answer to him , he even just reply rudely: “ sorry I not speak and understand your language“ and asking me to translate for him ?
Such a wonderful customer service attitude .
Besides , while we are done and going to return the safety equipment and asking where to put , he again showing his arrogant face and simply point us the box without saying any words .
Your staff really have lousy customer service with much attitude , I am seldom complaining but it’s too much. Understand it’s first timer , we should not be treated like this .
Please re-consider to retrain your staff customer service .
