[Date: 18th of May 2025 (Sunday)] • Ahmad ‘s truly professional as he guided me patiently to set-up “My Action City Member Account”. • Chervelle ‘s truly friendly with a “Fun-Vibe” and she actually selected the “Plushies” that I wanted when I requested for her to select ‘em “Blind Boxes” for me. Thanks a million to both of y’all for providing an awesome shopping experience, Chervelle and Ahmad! ☺️🤙

I made a purchase from this shop, but the system said the payment wasn’t successful. However, the amount was deducted from my card. I provided proof of payment, but the seller refused to acknowledge it and did not sell the item. Very disappointing experience. I hope the shop can take customer concerns more seriously and handle such issues responsibly. I do not recommend this store based on my experience.

Stumbled into this shop and was very impressed. The concept of a premium toy art gallery is bold and the execution from selection, arrangement, service is done well. Price is also reasonable. Bought the diver figurine in the photo. Its a play on the submariner.

AC event can't be trusted. Say no overnight queues, and que starts at 8am. But management still allow people to queue overnight, and proceed event as if nothing happen.

Bad at organising queue situations. Despite statement mentioned "no overnight queueing" and allow such acts.
