Should’ve seen the reviews before I came here… food is expensive and not nice. Paid $9.20 for 1 meat 3 veg mixed vegetable rice.
Tofu was undercooked, salted egg chicken was cold and soggy and can’t taste the salted egg, the vegetable was ok but the mushroom was sour! The only decent dish is the tomato egg which barely had any tomatoes (meh but fine).
Looks nice in the photo but the taste was underwhelming…. Nicely designed food court though you should step up your cleanliness and maintenance

Extremely poor attitude from this Korean food seller. No basic manner at all during food ordering and during asking for paynent. Doesn't deserve any customer at all and food is badly prepare as well. Big appetite should ban this person from opening up or working here😡😡😡

Nothing extraordinary on this food court. So far the utensils are clean. Food is so so. Price is high side given that this is food court.
It gets busy during lunchtime and weekdays.
Whenever I’m around the area, I only try the fish soup stall and mala shop, so far both stores did not disappoint me yet.

Patronised the Mei Heong Yuen stall on Saturday 15 February 2025.
The staff broke the shaved ice due to her own carelessness and gave a much reduced quantity of shaved ice to me as seen in the photo.
When I raised that my past experience was not like this, she say "pictures are just for show" and that this is the usual quantity, because the ice breaks on its own.
I was forced to accept this sub-standard quantity for the full price.

1 small piece of chicken, cabbage, egg cost me $7.80?
That chicken is smaller than a baby palm.
Let's assume the chicken is $3
Egg $1.50
Vege $2
Total: $6.50, Rice $1.30?
Koufu need to step up their game and check their vendors.

Too expensive for a mixed rice. Understand is food court. But meat for $3? A little bit of bean sprouts for $1.70. I was shocked. $7 for this. Went to takashimaya also not so costly. The Vietnam lady manning still very rude reply me is food court not coffeeshop. Got air con. How high class is your foodcourt? So rude. I went takashimaya, a higher rank foodcourt have the nasi pandang also not so expensive. One chicken wing, with 2 vegetables, the most $6.50. food also not that nice. Normal taste. Will you eat? Please note about this stall. Eat it at your risk.

The food court is spacious with plenty of seating options and a wide variety of food outlets to choose from. However, the utensils provided were not clean and had leftover rice sticking to them, which was quite unpleasant. I hope the management takes note of this and ensures that the utensils are cleaned properly before being used again.

Good variety of foods from Korean to Japanese, to Chinese, to steaks. However, by 7.30pm , most stalls were nearly sold out. We had a serve of duck with rice. Duck had good marinade but the gamy smell of duck’s bishop-nose overpowers the marinade. Unpleasant to eat without chilli.
Ordered a mala bowl, worth $25. Meat and veg were weighed separately to arrive at a price. Very expensive. I didn’t like that it did not come with peanuts, as advertised. Went back to enquire and was given a scoopful, no questions asked. I think that’s not very honest. However, the dish did have good flavour and varying degrees of peppery heat of your choice. Go early for better selection at different stalls. Dessert is overpriced, $7 for ice🤔
Amenities were clean and accessible. Follow the MRT signs, clean and pleasant air conditioned underground walk to the trains. For today’s experience, only 2 stars.

We ordered takeaway at the mala store in big appetite and got a meal for three and paid $25 for it When i collected the food and came back home only to realize that the person who had handed me the food had gave me the wrong one. The food was only worth $10-$15 and was a one person meal and in the end i paid $10plus more .The person could have check the food before handing to me .quite disappointed but it was alr too late to change.😕

Decent food options though most do not live up to their price points.
Fish soup - not bad, can be better. Had some artificially sweet taste to it, but somehow the soup is salty as well. Fish pieces were chunky, but doesn’t taste the freshest. Portion is good, might be a bit much for smaller eaters

This time round in Funan, we settled our lunch at the Big Appetite food court.
The food court is just right beside the escalator and its shouldn't take you too long to locate it. There isn't much crowd even during lunch hours.
After going through all the stalls, we decided to go for ayam penyet stall. Taste is decent and price is a little high for food court.

4Feb25 - grassfed beef striploin with mushroom soup (swopped the fries for more veg and they gave coleslaw) $14; Fish Soup Ban Mian - fried fish soup $6.50. Total: $20.50,
I had high hopes for the grassfed beef as grassfed is a rare find in most eateries, much less a foodcourt. However we ordered medium doneness and received a rather tough well done steak. Coleslaw waa good. The fried fish soup was average and expensive for the portion.
6Jan25 - Claypot Delight / JR Food Sciences - congee with chicken $5; Chong Qing Xiao Wan - beef brisket noodle dry $7.80, fresh pan fried meat buns 4pcs $6; Mei Heong Yuen - almond with egg white $6.20. Total: $25
Food was rather tasty, ambience good for a foodcourt.

Decent food court at funan. Have all the usual Singaporean food court choices. Quality is decent. Lots of seating and doesn’t seem to get very crowded even over lunch on weekend.

Tried Big Grill again, can see owner (sisters) improve the standard, and food portions. We had Good meals with generous portions, juicy meat/fish with flavourful gravy. Should come and try for yourself.
