Alice Chu is a very friendly and professional therapist. Enjoyed my experience with her. This outlet has wonderful people, including Wentong who attended to me during my trial session, and their counter lady who was super customer centric Reccomended.

Came for scalp treatment under watsons promotion first trial and was attended by Grace. Very satisfied with the service and treatment. Grace was very friendly and professional and patient, the massage was very comfortable. And my scalp felt clean after treatment. No hard selling. Highly recommended.

Came for scalp treatment trial that I bought for $38. My first time doing this in my life and always curious if my scalp is healthy. The consultant (Ryan) who assisted me wasn’t pushy at all in introducing the package. And Alice who helped me with the treatment was very friendly and meticulous. Decided to go with the package to do it as a maintenance just like how we need to take care of our skin.

Tina was very friendly. I came here after purchasing a trial voucher from Watsons. Went very in depth with the consultation and post treatment comparison. Can tell she really cared for the wellbeing of my hair and very worried about my scalp. Knows that she really tried her best with various packages but I needed time to consider
