Arcade Clothing Review — I ordered an item and the wrong size was sent to me. They replied saying they would pick up the item and send me the correct size but they never got back to me after that. It's been a week and I'm still waiting for a response after contacting them multiple times on email and Instagram. Not sure if I got scammed but I can't recommend this brand now.

Discovered Arcade Clothing at Funan today - and wow - I loved every item in this shop. The prices were reasonable and the quality as expected for the price. The team members I interacted with were very helpful, showing me different colour variations of the items I was trying on and offering to get new ones from the back of the styles I decided to purchase. I come to Singapore every 6 months or so and this store will now be on my regular rotation.

Love the place! Clothes are beautiful and staff are super friendly and kind. Lovely store with great ambience and coffee smell

Staff were unhelpful – chit chatting to each other on the seats and side-eyed me when I went to the fitting room to try clothes. The whole environment was very unwelcoming and judgmental. Wouldn’t visit again.

Makes you buy their $3 cheap looking tote bag to put your purchased clothes in. At least have a cheaper paper bag option.
