Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Sales Demonstrator to showcase and promote our products directly to customers through live demonstrations at retail stores, trade shows, or promotional events. The ideal candidate will be engaging, persuasive, and knowledgeable, with a passion for customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct live product demonstrations to attract potential customers and increase product awareness.
· Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly and confidently.
· Actively engage with customers to promote sales and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
· Set up and maintain demonstration stands, displays, or booths to ensure visual appeal and functionality.
· Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, samples, or coupons.
· Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales or marketing team.
· Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets as assigned.
· Monitor stock levels during demonstrations and ensure product availability.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
· Provide post-sales support when necessary and follow up on customer queries.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (retail or promotional experience is a plus).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Confident, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
· Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments.
· Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
· Basic understanding of sales principles and customer behavior.
· Physically able to stand for extended periods and manage light lifting during product setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage.
· Prior experience in product demonstration or event promotion.
· Familiarity with the product category being demonstrated.
