Job Description

Alan Photo is seeking a Regional Operations & ERP ImplementationAnalyst (Indonesia Expansion) to support its Singapore headquarters andupcoming business expansion into Indonesia. This role is based in Singaporeand will work closely with senior management to design, implement, andoperationalise ERP-driven workflows, inventory controls, and warehouseprocesses, while preparing the operational foundation for Indonesia-basedbusiness activities.

The role requires hands-on involvement in cross-border operationalsetup, ERP configuration, and inventory management processes that mustalign with Indonesia’s operating practices and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement end-to-end operational SOPs across sales, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse functions at Singapore HQ
• Lead ERP system implementation and configuration (e.g. HashMicro), including master data setup, workflow testing, reporting, and system optimisation
• Analyse sales, purchasing, and inventory data to improve stock planning, inventory turnover, and demand forecasting
• Oversee inventory accuracy and warehouse management, including stock movement, reconciliation, and controls
• Support Indonesia expansion readiness, including:

• Designing operational workflows aligned with Indonesia business practices

  Preparing ERP structures to support Indonesia-based operations, including inventory flows, pricing logic, and business workflows

  Coordinating with finance and operations teams to ensure operational alignment with Indonesia regulatory, logistical, and operational realities

• Support cross-border operational coordination between Singapore HQ and Indonesia-based stakeholders
• Develop operational dashboards and analytics to support management decision-making across both Singapore and Indonesia operations

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Related fields
• Strong experience in operations, inventory management, ERP implementation, or warehouse management (FMCG/ other similar trades)
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP-driven operational setup
• Experience working on Indonesia-related operations or projects is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Indonesia business practices, operational workflows, or logistics environment is an advantage
• Preferably can speak fluent Bahasa Indonesia / melayu
• Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills
