KY11 - Sales & Programme Executive [Rock Climbing / Sports Events]

Programme Sales Executive (Rock Climbing) 

Location: Sports Hub (Kallang Wave Mall), Funan (Funan Mall), Novena (Novena Square), SAFRA Choa Chu Kang — outlet rotation based on manpower needs
Salary: $2,600 – $2,800
Working Days & Time: 5-day work week (may include weekends & PH, based on schedule)

• Monday – Friday: 10.45am – 5.00pm or 5.00pm – 11.15pm (may include 3 hour admin before/after shift)
• Saturday, Sunday & PH: 8.45am – 3.00pm or 3.00pm – 9.15pm (may include 3 hour admin before/after shift)

Job Description

• Identify and develop sales opportunities for rock climbing programmes and events, including corporate bonding, team-building events, classes, and courses.

• Handle lead enquiries from over-the-counter, website, and other sources.

• Coordinate and manage programmes and events from planning to execution for all secured accounts.

• Work with Course Leads and Operations team to ensure operational viability and programme effectiveness.

• Conduct training for programme instructors and/or crew involved in programme execution.

• Prepare quotations, finalise contracts, and manage invoicing and payment follow-ups.

• Implement feedback to improve programme offerings.

• Develop and implement promotional strategies across online, offline, and referral channels.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, programme execution, and client accounts.

• Submit monthly sales reports and maintain a structured sales tracking system.

• Ensure counter resources and systems are properly set up for programmes brought in.

• Monitor effective use of RGP functions and maintain proper record keeping.

• Assist with equipment setup and teardown.

• Perform floor duties as Crew / Duty Officer when required (1–2 shifts per week, including weekends and PH).

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales and programme management (sports or fitness industry preferred).

Experience handling lead enquiries and managing client accounts.

Knowledge of rock climbing techniques, safety procedures, and equipment (preferred).
