The Front of House Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the reception or customer-facing area. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist in coordinating bookings, appointments, and meeting room schedules.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Support event setups, client visits, and office logistics when necessary.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer feedback or complaints and escalate appropriately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email systems, etc.).
Preferred Qualities:
• Experience in hospitality, corporate office, or service-oriented industries.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
