Job Description

Position Title: Service Crew (F&B)

Working Location: Funan, 107 North Bridge Rd, Funan

Working Hours: 6 days work week, including 1 weekend

Salary Package: SGD2400 to SGD2600

Work Type: Permanent / Part time

Start work: Immediate

Work Scope

• Report on time to shift manager
• Greet and serve customers
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work areas
• Offer friendly and efficient service to customers
• Provide menu recommendations to customers
• Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
• Escalate customers' feedback to the manager on duty
• Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
• Any other duties assigned by the superior

Requirements

• No prior experience needed. Training will be provided.
• Able to communicate with customers in basic English for order taking
• Great team player and friendly personality
• Positive attitude
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
