Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Management

• Oversee full spectrum of financial operations including accounting, cashflow management, budgeting, forecasting, and taxation.

• Develop financial strategies to support business growth in retail, e-commerce (Shopee, online platforms), and export sales.

• Manage treasury and working capital to ensure healthy cashflow.

• Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), IRAS tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government bodies (CPF, MOM, IRAS).

• Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Strengthen internal controls, implement policies and SOPs to minimize risk.

• Review and improve accounting processes, including ERP system integration for finance, sales, and inventory.

• Support digital transformation projects, including automation of reporting and cost controls.

• Leadership & Business Partnering

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

• Work closely with senior management and business units to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.

• Partner with sales and operations teams to manage pricing, rebates, vendor financing, and cost efficiency.
