Finance Executive | SGD $3,500+/- | 5 days work | Central

Industry: Entertainment (Family KTV)

Location: Funan Mall

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of company accounts independently, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end/year-end closing
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Prepare and manage company cash flow statements; monitor daily cash position and forecast short-term and long-term cash needs
• Conduct financial analysis to support management in strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting
• Handle all taxation matters, including preparation and timely submission of GST, corporate income tax, and other statutory filings
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and local tax regulations
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities
• Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and provide financial insights as required

Requirments:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Proven expertise in accounting, taxation, and cash flow management
• Good knowledge of Singapore's tax regulations and financial compliance requirements
• Skilled in financial reporting and analysis
