Customer Service Executive #NKC

Salary at $3000 to $3200 per month + up to $800 commission

Location: Singapore Flyer and Funan Centre (will need to open to work both location based on schedule)

Work hours: 9.45am - 6pm / 1.45pm - 10pm (Sg Flyer) ; 11am - 7.45pm (Funan)

Work days: any 5 days from Monday to Sundays

• Engage customers professionally to promote products and services.
• Support marketing, promotional, and general PR activities.
• Respond promptly to walk-in, phone, and email enquiries.
• Assist in the smooth administration of daily operations.
• Support programmes, events, and instructors as required.
• Help with marketing campaigns and related activities.
• Maintain the premises and company property in good working condition.
• Uphold professional conduct and represent the organisation positively.
• Perform administrative duties responsibly and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with selected management functions and liaise with external parties when required.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the employer.
