Salary: $2,800 - $3,500

Location: Funan Mall (5 mins to City Hall MRT)

Working Hours: 8am - 4am (shift work, 9 hours/day)

Transport Allowance: Provided for shift after 12am

Meals: Provided

Benefits: Performance Bonus (Subject to individual and company performance)

Job Scopes:

🔪 1. Food Preparation

• Prepare ingredients: washing, peeling, cutting vegetables and meats
• Assist in marinating and basic cooking preparations
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines set by senior chefs

🍳 2. Cooking Assistance

• Support Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in cooking tasks
• Cook simple dishes or components of meals (e.g., sauces, garnishes)
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

🧼 3. Kitchen Hygiene & Cleanliness

• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Wash and sanitize tools, equipment, and surfaces
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards

📦 4. Stock & Inventory

• Help unpack and store kitchen deliveries
• Rotate stock (FIFO – First In, First Out)
• Label and date ingredients correctly

👨‍🍳 5. Learning & Development

• Observe and learn techniques from senior chefs
• Take feedback and improve culinary skills
• Attend training sessions or briefings as required
