Location: Funan Mall (5 mins walking from City Hall MRT)

Working Day: 6 days (9 hours excluding break)

• Earliest - from 8am
• Latest - end 4am

Transport Allowance: Provide to shift after 12am

Bonus: Provided subject to company and individual performance

Job Scopes:

• Supervise and maintain food quality on-site to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Actively participate in daily kitchen operations, ensuring each dish meets expectations for taste, presentation, and food safety.
• Develop, document, and standardize recipes and dish specifications based on the menu.
• Design and implement training programs for F&B staff; continuously explore and introduce new menu items.
• Monitor food inventory quality and quantity, ensure proper ingredient usage, approve requisitions, and manage food cost control.
• Enforce hygiene standards and internal policies to minimize food safety risks.
• Oversee the proper usage and maintenance of all F&B equipment; review and approve maintenance requests.
• Collaborate closely with operations, gather feedback from guests and service teams on food quality, and maintain strong coordination with procurement and supply departments.
