📍 Funan, Singapore | 💰 Gross Salary: $2,800 – $3,500
🕒 6 Days/Week | Shifts between 8:00 AM – 4:00 AM | 10 Hours/Day incl. Break
🚖 Transport Allowance Provided for 4AM Shifts

✅ Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes
• Hands-on involvement in daily kitchen operations
• Standardize recipes and plating for menu items
• Lead and train kitchen staff, introduce new dishes
• Manage inventory, food cost, and kitchen hygiene
• Coordinate with operations and procurement on feedback and supply

🔍 Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in F&B or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the F&B industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to manage rotating shifts and work late hours if needed
