Bartender

Job Responsibilities:

1. Drink Preparation & Service

· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests

· Mix cocktails and other drinks based on standard or custom recipes

· Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation

· Recommend beverages based on customer preferences

2. Customer Interaction

· Greet guests at the bar and take drink orders

· Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

· Handle special requests or complaints politely and promptly

3. Inventory & Stock Management

· Monitor bar stock and restock as needed

· Receive and check incoming stock

· Assist in monthly stock-taking and reporting

4. Cleanliness & Hygiene

· Maintain cleanliness of bar area, tools, and glassware

· Follow hygiene and safety regulations strictly

· Ensure bar counters are wiped down regularly

5. Collaboration & Support

· Work closely with service crew and KTV hosts to serve customers efficiently

· Support overall outlet operations during peak hours

· Help in simple F&B serving tasks if needed

6. Compliance

· Check and verify customer age when serving alcohol

· Comply with licensing laws and company alcohol service policies

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of related working experience

• 6 Days work week / 10 hours a day (1 hrs break)
