Gym Crew (Rock Climbing) 

Location: Sports Hub (Kallang Wave Mall), Funan (Funan Mall), Novena (Novena Square), SAFRA Choa Chu Kang — outlet rotation based on manpower need
Salary: $1,650 – $1,800
Working Days & Time: 5-day work week (may include weekends & PH)

• Monday – Friday: 10.45am – 5.00pm or 5.00pm – 11.15pm (may include 3 hour admin before/after shift)
• Saturday, Sunday & PH: 8.45am – 3.00pm or 3.00pm – 9.15pm (may include 3 hour admin before/after shift)

Job Description

• Receive customers at the service counter, manage membership sign-ups, and sell gym passes.

• Issue climbing gear, including harnesses and shoes.

• Brief parents with young children (4 years old and above) on mandatory supervision requirements (maximum 2 children per parent) during climbing sessions.

• Operate POS system to record customer check-ins and sales transactions.

• Conduct safety briefings for all first-time climbers and perform regular safety rounds during the shift.

• Maintain cleanliness of gym floor, locker rooms, shoe racks, and crew rest areas, including vacuuming and tidying climbing ropes before closing.

• Assist with equipment setup and teardown.

• May be assigned to any of the four gyms on rotation shift

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years commitment.

• Climbing experience or relevant climbing certifications.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
